2020 KYB 48mm Factory Fork Kit:

The Factory Beta suspension department has countless hours of suspension testing with the Beta Factory race team riders, 
sharing the same factory suspension components and valving development.

Fork valving specifications are individually customized for each rider and include:

• Factory Beta Suspension USA-designed FORK COMPRESSION VALVE ASSEMBLY
  - Replaces the stock OEM KYB compression valve assembly
  - Factory bronze magnesium anodized 
  - Increased port oil flow design
  - Improved bottoming resistance

• Factory Beta Suspension USA-designed FORK REBOUND VALVE ASSEMBLY
  - Replaces the stock OEM KYB rebound valve assembly
  - Factory bronze magnesium anodized 
  - Valve design provides a more linear dampening curve
  - Increased low speed dampening

•  New base Vale rebound with LSV Design
•  Inner cartridge presure springs can be replaced at the Beta Factory technicians discretion and rider terrain preference.

2020 ZF Sachs 46mm Factory Shock Kit:

The Factory Beta suspension department has countless hours of suspension testing with the Beta Factory race team riders, 
sharing the same factory suspension components and valving development. 

Rear shock valving specifications are individually customized for each rider and include:

• Factory Beta Suspension USA-designed 46mm SHOCK VALVE ASSEMBLY
  - Replaces the stock OEM compression valve
  - Improved valve design and DU band creates less friction
  - Improved port flow design
  - More linear dampening curve
  - Decreases harsh high speed spike

• Factory Beta Suspension USA-designed COMPRESSION ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY
  - Replaces the stock OEM compression adjuster
  - Increased external adjustment from OEM
  - Improved fine tuning adjustability
  - Factory anodized adjuster and housing

• Factory Beta Suspension USA-designed OVERSIZE SHOCK BLADDER CONVERSION KIT
  - Replaces the stock OEM reservoir floating piston
  - CNC-machined aluminum
  - Anodized black with etched Beta “B” logo.
  - Greatly reduces friction caused by the stock floating piston
  - Increased nitrogen volume, giving the shock a plusher, more linear feel
  - Improved dampening consistency
  - Decreased operating temperature

Components are reassembled using low friction assembly grease and Motul shock fluid, to help minimize stiction and friction.
